Hickory’s Oktoberfest

Outdoor festival on the second weekend of October, in Hickory, North Carolina, featuring three stages of live entertainment ranging from traditional polka to rock & roll, beer gardens, Kidsfest, a juried arts and crafts show, and hundreds of food and commercial vendors. The Hickory Oktoberfest festival started in 1985, and has grown to become one of the premiere festivals in Western North Carolina.

Hours: Friday: 5 pm to 11 pm, Food service begins at 12 Noon with the full festival opening at 5pm; Saturday: 10 am – 11 pm; Sunday: 12 Noon – 5 pm.
