Winners receive cash awards up to $10,000! Applications to enter are open through August 18th.

The Small Business Center is gearing up for our next Step-Up, Start-Up series of seminars, six seminars to assist people who have never had their own business build a foundation for success. The first session is You, Inc., on September 12th, with five additional seminars for getting a new business up and running. Contact the Small Business Center for more information.

Get your Networking Hat on at this month's First Friday Morning Brew on Friday, August 4th, at Sam's Club in Hickory from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. No fees to attend, your chance to do some "netgiving." Contact the Chamber for more information.

The Prime of Life Wellness Expo will be held on Tuesday August 22nd at the Hickory Metro Convention Center, presented by the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce and SIR (Senior Information Resources). Don't miss this opportunity to market your products and services to more than 2,000 aging adults, seniors and caregivers in our community!
