2010 MUSIC LINEUP

Union Square will once again be filled with music, food, and beverages as Hickory Alive! prepares for another memorable season. The Hickory Jaycees and the Hickory Downtown Development Association are pleased to present the weekly concert event during the summer.

Cold adult beverages from United Beverage will be available for adults with proper ID, with proceeds going toward the development of young professionals through the Hickory Junior Chamber (Jaycees). In addition, soda and other non-alcoholic beverages will be on site. Downtown restaurants will be open before, during and after the concert. Several retail businesses will be open during the event.

The Humane Society of Catawba County will be supplying orange and lime slices for twenty-five cents to top off your beverage at Hickory Alive again this year. All proceeds will benefit the shelter animals. HSCC will be there for every concert.

The annual free event is held every Friday night in June and July on Union Square and features an array of local musical talent. A talent pre-show will begin at 7pm with the main act running from 7pm until 11pm.
